Right of revocation & revocation form<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual\u2019s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to revoke any contract on the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The revocation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the contract was closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Expiration of the right of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have begun with the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we start with the execution of the contract before the revocation period has expired and you have confirmed your understanding that with your consent you will lose your right of revocation once the execution of the agreement has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
