Which quarter to live in?
Quote from Guest on July 28, 2025, 8:02 pmI’m also about to move to St. Gallen, which quarter would you guys recommend for students? I won’t have a car so obvious I need to either be close enough to walk or to use public transit. I’d prefer to be somewhere with other students though or at least where people hang out so I can meet new people.

I’m starting uni in September. Most students live in Rotmonten because that’s where the student housing is. Rosenberg is also close to campus. Both places have a lot of shared housing/WGs. I personally live in Marktplatz because I wanted to be close to shops/bar/and also be able to bike to campus. I can highly recommend the area
